Description
Sina became immersed in the world of physiotherapy after sustaining a serious knee injury while playing competitive soccer. Through his own injury and rehab, he developed an appreciation of the science of movement, the complexity of the human body and its incredible ability to adapt in response to injuries. Sina utilizes a variety of manual techniques, such as soft tissue release and joint mobilizations, exercise prescription and education to assist clients in achieving their goals.
