She utilizes a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach and collaborates with her patients to provide specific and individualized care. Treatments consist of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise, and life-style modification. Being a big believer in lifelong learning, Alana will be continuing her clinical education in acupuncture/dry needling, pelvic health, and manual therapy.
