Description

Michelle is a Resident Physiotherapist passionate in helping individuals overcome barriers and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her approach centres on individualized treatment plans that integrate education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy. 

Her passion for physical wellness and rehabilitation began through participating in a variety of sports from a young age.  This drive led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.



During her studies in Ottawa, Michelle gained experience as a Student Trainer
