Zina has always been fascinated by the connection between movement and overall well-being. Her journey in physiotherapy began after undergoing a major spinal fusion surgery at a young age. This experience ignited a passion in her for helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals. Zina earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University in 2024. Previously, she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 2021.
