Description
Caitlin developed a passion for rehabilitation at a young age by competing in various sports such as alpine ski racing, rowing, and soccer. She seeks to truly get to know what motivates you, bringing empathy and compassion to her practice. Caitlin combines specifically targeted exercises with a hands-on approach and is certified in Functional Dry Needling Level 1 (Evidence in Motion). She is also a strong believer in staying up to date with current research. Caitlin believes that there is empowerment in education, putting patients at the centre of their own recovery journey!
