Sherif’s skillset includes certification in: Functional Dry Needling, Functional Range Release and Functional Range Conditioning, as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy. In addition to manual therapy and dry needling, exercise constitutes a big part of his rehab/ prehab philosophy. Sherif holds an MSc degree in Exercise Science, has 2 years of previous personal training experience and is currently working towards certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In his spare time, he enjoys working out, being part of outdoor activities and playing soccer.
