Tina has a special interest in concussion and vestibular disorders and has completed many advanced courses to master the art of helping you find your balance and clarity in either of these diagnoses. With a 10-year weightlifting background and 3 years of Olympic weightlifting experience, Tina is also able to help both professional and recreational athletes. Overall, she has wide experience in individualized and therapeutic exercise prescription, acupuncture, dry needling, as well as advanced manual therapy and manipulation. She’ll pull out all the stops to get you feeling your best.
