Description
Hilary has completed advanced training in concussion, the vestibular system, and the cervical spine/ headaches, along with orthopaedic courses and exercise physiology. Her treatment approach integrates best practice research and the latest technologies to make rehab engaging, goal driven and fun, while empowering her patients with the knowledge and skills to be in the driver’s seat of their recovery. She combines education, hands-on manual therapy techniques, exercise and neuromuscular training, including sport and activity specific functional training.
