Description
Bridgette graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Masters of Physical Therapy, following the completion of her undergraduate degree in physical education and coaching. Since then, Bridgette has developed a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy and has pursued additional post-graduate training in this area including courses in: urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy & pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, diastasis rectus abdominis, preparation and recovery following caesarean delivery among others.
