Amy completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Psychology at UBC Okanagan, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Her treatment approach integrates comprehensive assessment, education, and individualized exercise prescription, while incorporating a variety of techniques such as manual therapy and IMS. Using a holistic and evidence-informed approach, Amy empowers her clients to take an active role in their recovery and return to the activities they enjoy
