Alpa is a registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, holding a Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) with a specialization in Orthopedics. Her extensive training includes certifications in manual therapy (Mulligan’s Concept), Pilates, Taping, Active Release Techniques (ART), TMJ management, Pelvic Physiotherapy and concussion management. She has a strong focus on helping patients recover from orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injuries. Alpa has also completed specialized training in pelvic health, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to women
