Our Registered Massage Therapist is licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and provides professional therapeutic massage to support pain relief, injury recovery, stress reduction, and improved physical function. Techniques include Swedish and deep-tissue massage, myofascial and trigger-point techniques, and relaxation therapy. Treatment is individualized to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness within CMTO standards of practice.
