Stephanie obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from The University of Alberta after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at The University of Calgary. She strongly believes in seeing the body as a whole and provides manual techniques coupled with movement-based therapy to help her client’s achieve specific goals. Stephanie believes in providing her clients with education and exercises that can be implemented into their everyday life.
