Norm has been working for the Canadian Forces at CFB Edmonton as part of a multidisciplinary team of Orthopedic Surgeon's, Family physicians and other allied health professionals since 2003. One of his treatment philosophies involves working as part of a team with the goal of empowering patients to manage their current injuries and prevent future ones so they can maintain an active lifestyle.

Education
- I graduated from the University of Alberta in 1998 and have been helping people recover from orthopedic and sports injuries since.
- In order to help serve my patients, I have taken many post-graduate courses including all 5 levels of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Curriculum culminating in the Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2008.
- I also have a special interest in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation which led me to complete the prestigious Duke University Vestibular Program. I am also certified in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS).
