Michelle is a physiotherapist who graduated with Distinction at the University of Alberta specializing in Sports Medicine and completing her internship in New Zealand. She is certified in high levels of manual therapy, GUNN IMS, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Gokhale Method of training for posture. While living in Montreal, she was an assistant teacher to Stephanie Saunders who was the Head of Orthopaedic Medicine in Britain for both physiotherapists and physicians. Michelle also has certification in animal physiotherapy, both canine and equine.
