Description
I was born and raised in Newfoundland, and I received my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Memorial University. I then went on to achieve my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in Halifax. In 2009, I moved to Prince George to begin my career. Since moving to PG, I’ve worked in both the public and private sectors - where I’ve spent the last 12 years working with those suffering from acute and chronic injuries. I have a special interest in sports related injury and rehabilitation, and I am currently involved with several local teams.

In-person visit
I had a TKR 2 years ago and still have chronic knee pain. She is the first person I’ve seen who has really explained to me what could be happening and steps to try and get through. She also sent me 7 detailed exercises with videos to help. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
