Jamila completed her master's degree in physiotherapy from McGill University. She is passionate about women's health, for which she completed a course at McGill University to treat urinary incontinence in women as well as a continuing education course regarding yin yoga as an exercise prescription for connective tissues. She also plans to take continuing education courses to deepen her knowledge of the perineum and mainly practice perineal rehabilitation.
