Description

I strive to use my professional knowledge to equip people with the tools that will allow them to achieve both their fitness and functional goals. I enjoy treating a variety of populations including: athletic, post-surgical, geriatric, neurological, musculoskeletal, motor vehicle and worker compensation injuries as well as building functional and athletic training programs.
Tegan is also trained in functional dry needling, spinal manipulation and concussion management.
