Description
Lindsay is a graduate of the Dalhousie University’s Master of Physiotherapy program. From a young age, Lindsay realized the importance of physiotherapy in helping people reach their best state of health. She believes establishing a partnership with her clients is key to helping them gain ownership of the rehabilitation process and reach their therapeutic goals. She enjoys using treatment that emphasizes education and exercise, and also makes use of manual therapy, needling, taping, and pain management strategies.

I chose this provider as she was in the same building as my massage therapist. Turns out she is amazing. Great personality, listens very well to your descriptions of what is going on, offers lots of options to help get where you want to go. She was recommended by my surgeon also which was reassuring. My shoulders have seen great increase in flexibility and overall ability to push and now with ankle surgery coming she gives me confidence I will recover as best I can.
