Description
Lindsay is a graduate of the Dalhousie University’s Master of Physiotherapy program. From a young age, Lindsay realized the importance of physiotherapy in helping people reach their best state of health. She believes establishing a partnership with her clients is key to helping them gain ownership of the rehabilitation process and reach their therapeutic goals. She enjoys using treatment that emphasizes education and exercise, and also makes use of manual therapy, needling, taping, and pain management strategies.
