Description
I took that into my Honors Bachelor of Human Kinetics where I studied to better understand human movement, psychology in sport, anatomy and physiology. during this time I had a personal training business and towards the end started Circuits of Life. Circuits of Life I developed as I volunteered with in the Windsor - Essex stroke and rehab programs and so I designed my own programming for Windsor Retirement Residences. I became an OMP in 2022, after finishing my four year masters studying Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. I was on student council to help be more involved in that time.
