Description
Drawing on my personal and osteopathic experience, I realized that breathing is a precious, essential and greatly underestimated tool for maximizing and optimizing our health. It is with this in mind that my therapeutic approach (osteopathy, coaching), with the people who consult me, takes place, in order to help them find the tools for their self-regulation, the basis for being healthy, and thus reveal their full potential in their unique identity and wholeness.
