Hi this is Stephen I practice manual osteopathy, a holistic therapy which can improve your mobility and your connection to your body. Osteopathy is a patient-centered, hands-on therapy that eases pain and restrictions using gentle manipulation of tissues. With a focus on balancing the nervous system, I provide wellness treatments for deep relaxation, injury prevention, and target your identified problem areas so that your body can heal itself. Examples of specific strategies include mobilisation, soft tissue massage, and muscle energy techniques. I'm a graduate of NAO with a DOMP diploma
