Description
Menashe's began his health career after receiving his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He then went on to obtain his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Pratice (D.O.M.P) where he is in good standing with the National Manual Osteopathic Society. Menashe also is a Personal Training Specialist and specializes in Fascial Stretch Therapy. He believes flexibility and moving comfortably is key to good health. Menashe incorporates various techniques to reduce pain and restrictions such as: Joint Mobilization, Muscle Energy and Fascial Stretching.
