Benoit est qualifié dans les approches crâniennes, fasciales, viscérales et squelettiques (mobilisation). Grand passionné de sport (Rugby et hockey), il s'est forgé une expertise dans les blessures sportives (de contact) et a fait une formation post-graduée sur le traitement des commotions cérébrales. Il a également une solide formation en pédiatrie ainsi qu'une formation en médecine d'urgence. Dans sa pratique, il traite aussi bien les cas aigus, traumatiques de sports ou chroniques. Il parle couramment le français, l’anglais et l’espagnol. Il est membre d'Ostéopathie Québec.
