Lauren’s passion for sports and an active lifestyle began in her youth, where she played various sports, including competitive soccer. These early experiences instilled in her the values of teamwork and collaboration and inspired her journey toward osteopathy after facing sports-related injuries. She pursued her education at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, followed by a personal trainer certification, which led to her active involvement in the fitness industry.
