Through his own injuries and a desire to optimize his health, he explored various therapeutic modalities, ultimately leading him to pursue osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018. Richard’s background as an athlete has given him a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the importance of holistic care. He is dedicated to addressing not just symptoms but also the root causes of his patient’s concerns, providing personalized care that meets each individual’s unique needs.
