Through assessment, Janet endeavours to find the relationship between your body structure and reduced body functioning. Janet will assess and treat the whole body with the goal of creating an environment where the body is better able to self heal and self regulate. She is committed to helping your body achieve better balance and move with more coordinated rhythm.
