Description
Onkar graduated at York University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science (Specialized Honours). He went on to study Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College. Onkar has graduated from National Academy of Osteopathy and is a Registered Manual Osteopath (RMO). He is well trained in osteopathic joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, static joint play and cranial sacral therapy. Onkar provides a combination of osteopathy treatment with stretching techniques and exercises.

Summary
Osteorelieve will provide patients a specialized treatment plan with the use of Manual Osteopathy. Treatments will increase mobility, reduce/remove muscle pain and inflammation as well as improve overall health. As Manual Osteopaths, we seek to get to the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than to just treat the symptom. We specialize in treating patients with chronic low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and hip pain and overall muscle tightness or stiffness. Our goal for our patients is to "live pain free".
