Manual Osteopathy is a form of hands on therapy with a primary focus of restoring function and eliminating pain by addressing the root cause of the pain, imbalance, injury or illness. Osteopathy focuses on promoting the structural alignment of all layers of the body to facilitate the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate. In the process, it helps to strengthen the body’s framework as a form of complementary therapy.
