OSTEO in MOTION Manual Osteopathy and Movement Clinic is a hybrid of manual therapy and movement to get you better faster. Both disciplines aim to see a wholly integrated human being. Sessions include a thorough assessment and the appropriate osteopathic care, including gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue release, muscle energy work and much more. This can then be paired with the functional exercises and breath practices. Knitting the two together provides optimal conditions for resolving chronic pain and learning to move with more ease.

Manual Osteopathy and Movement Therapy work in synergy and are highly effective at addressing injuries, chronic conditions and general well being. Manual Osteopathy is a gentle non-invasive treatment mainly involving soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques. Manual Osteopathy can be used to release restricted ligaments, fascial adhesions. and reduce painful muscle contractions bringing more structural alignment. In therapeutic movement we develop a greater sense of ourselves in space and our painful patterns.
