Sarah graduated with a Masters diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2024 from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Before completing her masters, she completed her kinesiology degree at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2017 and competed her kinesiology registration exam in 2018. Sarah is a manual osteopathic practitioner with a passion for helping people achieve optimal health and wellness through hands-on healing. With a deep-rooted belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, she specialize in gentle, non-invasive techniques aimed at restoring balance.
