Lyndsay Sayers is a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Practitioner. Lyndsay is very passionate about her work and keeping people doing the activities they love. Techniques used in both her massage therapy and osteopathy treatments include visceral (organ) mobilization, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, and joint mobilization. Lyndsay enjoys her general practice treating patients from all ages and stages in life and helping those who have an injury, suffer from chronic pain or are seeking preventative treatment.
