Avery holds an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University and completed a demanding four-year Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Manual Science at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy—one of Canada’s most respected and internationally recognized institutions for classical osteopathy. Her education included 4,200+ hours of clinical and academic training, 1,000+ hours of supervised hands-on treatment, and 300+ auxiliary hours in a non-profit, community-based clinic. She is a licensed Type 1 Osteopathic Manual Practitioner recognized by OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada).
