I completed the 5-year curriculum with the Canadian School of Osteopathy in 2020 and successfully defended my thesis on Osteopathic treatments effect on General Anxiety Disorder in conjunction with registered clinical counselling in 2021. The CSO in-depth program specialized in cranial osteopathy, structural dysfunctions, and visceral (organs and their attachments) dysfunctions.

Summary
Our specialty is Osteopathy and Registered Massage Therapy. We believe in meaningful collaboration with other conventional and complementary specialists. We are available in Nanaimo and Qualicum British Columbia. Our goal is to determine the cause of imbalance which may be contributing to pain or discomfort, not just the manifestations creating symptoms. In order to do this, we help the body re-establish alignment to allow healthy biomechanics to return. This style of treatment uses a gentle hands-on approach.
