Karen is a dedicated RMT with certifications in relaxation, therapeutic, sports massage, myofascial cupping, and RAPID neurofascial reset (Upper and Lower Body). Her commitment to holistic care led her to pursue additional training, culminating in her designation as a Manual Osteopath in March 2022. During her studies, she acquired expertise in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation techniques. Karen's primary objective is to empower individuals on their path to optimal health by providing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating the body's natural healing processes.
