CranioSacral Therapy and its inherent respect for the body is the cornerstone of all my treatments (RMT and Osteopathic). My additional training as a Manual Osteopath and Reiki Practitioner allows me to view my patients’ complaints through a holistic lens. I pride myself on my ability to listen to my patients, keep an open mind and do my utmost to understand their goals and concerns. I incorporate assessment into every treatment and enjoy explaining (in layperson’s terms) how the body works.

Summary
I have practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist since graduating from Sutherland-Chan in 2014. In 2019 I graduated from The Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy. My approach is intuitive, inquisitive and attentive as well as empirical and evidence-based. I provide (and write receipts for) both Registered Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathy. My clinic is located directly across the street from the High Park subway station, inside the PACE Foot Clinic. Please note you will need to climb several stairs to gain entry. Public Transportation: High Park Subway, Quebec Ave. Exit.
