Nish provides Therapeutic Massage which will usually combine relaxation techniques and a moderate pressure; including trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. He loves figuring out how to provide the most relief possible for any injury given. In addition to Nish's massage experience he also has backgrounds in Manual Osteopathy and Behavioural Sciences education specializing in positive psychology.
