Steph began her journey in the health and wellness industry in 2017 as a Certified Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainer. In 2020, Steph was accepted into the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and started working towards achieving her Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. The holistic approach and in-depth study of anatomy, physiology, and collective mechanics aligned with her personal philosophy on health and wellness. In 2024, Steph completed her education in Osteopathy and opened her own business, Kennedy Osteopathy.
