Description
With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, specializing in aquatic exercise & therapy, working with clients affected by various disorders before returning to school to study Osteopathy. Even from a young age, she knew she wanted to help people and possibly be a doctor. A high performance athlete through university, her personal experience with her own injuries as well as other health issues, led her to discover how Osteopathy could help her body. Her innate desire to help people and optimize their body's own healing abilities led her to start studying Osteopathic Manual Therapy.
