Description
Steph is originally from London, ON and is where she began her practice as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She studied kinesiology in her undergraduate studies (BScKin) and continued her education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Here, she completed a four-year graduate program, graduating with a Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc). Steph also coaches fitness classes at F45, using her understanding of body mechanics and passion for fitness to improve the wellbeing of her patients.
