Alana completed her Masters in osteopathic manipulative sciences (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2020. She has additional training in Craniosacral Therapy which she incorporates into treatments, as well as certificates in Usui Reiki and Family Herbalism. Alana draws from vast knowledge of functional anatomy, holistic health, physiology, and collective body mechanics to provide highly personalized care to each individual she treats. Her goal with osteopathic treatment is to gently balance any asymmetries or restrictions in the body to optimize one's quality of life.
