Richard has a passion for helping people rehabilitate their injuries and improve their quality of life. Richard worked as a personal trainer and exercise counsellor for the City of Mississauga for many years. Richard has been a massage therapist since 2010, and has been working at PhysioNow since 2012. He has always been involved in sports and athletics, and tries to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. He believes that exercise and good nutrition, coupled with proper and timely therapy can be some of the best medicine available.
