Hey, I’m Dom! I provide you with the tools to empower you to be strong, healthy and resilient to help you get back to what you love doing! I’m an Osteopath and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I was a high performance gymnast who suffered a career ending injury and went through a hard and complicated rehab journey. It’s through my own experience and my education that I found my passion to empower others to find their strength and build their resilience to life and sports’ challenges.

FORTIS represents the ideals practiced by Dr. Jonathan Steen Dr. Steen holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University and a Doctorate from the New York Chiropractic College. He attended honours clinical internships with the Buffalo Veteran’s Affairs Hospital and the Buffalo Bills. His methods involve the use of Medical Acupuncture, Soft Tissue Techniques (ART®) and Advanced Functional Movement Rehab (DNS). Dr. Steen currently consults with professional athletes of the NHL, NFL, CFL and Team Canada,
