Dr. Linsay utilizes a diversified technique and is certified in Active Release Techniques, Graston Techniques, and KT taping systems. She has been a full-time family practitioner in Calgary for the last ten years, with a special focus on treating dance injuries and strength and power sports. A former power-lifter and figure competitor, Dr. Linsay enjoys music, travel and being active in the outdoors. Her goals in practice are to help patients reach their optimal health by restoring function, providing a compassionate ear and healing hands.
