Adam is a registered kinesiologist with the BCAK and Manual Osteopathic Therapist with CMMOTA. Adam has always been involved in fitness from a young up and coming athlete, to a highly competitive one and now a self- proclaimed weekend Warrior. He has used his sports experience in hockey, lacrosse and skiing to train athletes in these areas at a highly competitive level. Adam has also trained national level track athletes and personally qualified for world's toughest mudder.
