Providing Osteopathic treatments to help your body feel and function better. Treatments improve structural alignment and mobility to enhance the body's innate self healing through better blood, nerve, and lymphatic flow and physiological mechanisms that rely on body mechanics. Conditions that osteopathy can help with include body aches and pains, digestive issues, injury rehab, sinus problems, headaches, dizziness, oedema, and much more. I work out of my home in the Merritton area of St. Catharines.
