Sam completed her Masters of Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Sam is particularly interested in using manual therapy to balance the body, in order to allow it to self-heal and self-regulate. Sam’s passion for integrating manual therapy, movement, and wellness provides her with a unique skillset to help a variety of clients of all ages and abilities to feel their absolute best.

We provide motivated individuals with our integrated approach to rehabilitation. We aim to empower all clients to move and perform at their highest level- in sport, in fitness, in health, and in life. Our facility is a large, spacious clinic that is fully-stocked with gym equipment in order to truly test your return to sport or activity.
