Ashley is a lifelong learner and lover of health and movement. This interest in health lead Ashley to complete her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences followed by personal training, clinical research and oncology rehab. Ashley practices principle-based osteopathy under the core tenets of osteopathy: the body is a unit, structure and function are reciprocally interrelated and the body has the innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Treatment is personalized and aims to reduce the expression of symptoms, speed recovery by restoring motion and improve quality of life

Other services include custom orthotics, compression socks, and nail/skin care of the foot provided by our Chiropodist.
