Yazdan studied Osteopathic Manual therapy at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto and has been practicing since 2015. Yazdan’s approach to Osteopathic treatment is unique, innovative and prominent. Each manual osteopathy session with Yazdan can include some or all of the following: Osteo-articular (gentle joint mobilization), Muscle energy techniques, Soft tissue therapy such as Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release and Positional release therapy, Visceral manipulation, Cranial-sacral therapy, therapeutic exercises and lifestyle and nutritional advice.
